     Vikings fan Sebastian Swenty, gives us an inside look on why the Minnossta Vikings have become his favorite team. 

    The Vikings became Swenty’s favorite team after he says, "back when Brett Favre came from the Packers and it’s been a thing since.”


    When asked about what season Swenty believed the Vikings had most success in he believed it was the Randy Moss era, the 1970’s, or even last season as he says, “So of course you can look back to the Randy Moss era or the 1970’s, or even last season.”


     Swenty, stays true to his team no matter the circumstance! COVID-19 has had a huge impact on all of the NFL teams, but Swenty believes it did not directly influence the Vikings as he said in the interview, "I feel as if it's not necessarily directly influenced by COVID, as it’s just the whole team isn’t good as it was last season after losing Everson to the Cowboys and trading Stefon Diggs to the Bills, there aren’t as many good players on the team anymore."


    In the interview, Swenty was asked about the upcoming game with the Jaguars, and how he felt the Vikings would do and what the outcome would be. Swenty stated, “I have a feeling that their ticket to finally putting up a win, if it doesn’t get cancelled because of the possibility of COVID on the team."

       A way to describe Sarah Leppard is she is very outgoing when you get to know her. However, when you are just getting to know her she is a little timid and shy. She is an amazing athlete. As a freshman she started on the Varsity lacrosse team. And her Sophomore year, she started Varsity for field hockey.  She is a very down to earth person and all around a great friend and teammate.        Leppard, a Junior midfielder this season for the Jefferson Township Varsity field hockey team stated, “Last season was an amazing season - we won our conference ending with a record of 8-8-2, winning the biggest accomplishment the Jefferson Township field hockey team has ever had.   Photo from NJ.com    Kevin Leonhard is starting at center mid this season for the Jefferson Township Falcons. Leonhard was a major part in the success of the season last year ending with nine goals and nine assists along with a State Championship, the first in school history. Leonhard was a key piece that played into the success of the team. Most importantly though is the leadership Leonhard possesses.  With the loss of important Seniors last year, “chemistry was affected” Leonhard claims, but the returning players help overcome this. Leonhard is the staple in the middle of the field giving 100% to every play and expects his teammates to do the same. He was announced Captain of the team due to his knowledge and leadership.  Last year was Jefferson Soccer’s most successful season in history. The team finished with only 2 losses and 20 wins.
